Baby-faced 1 year-old Male Yorkshire Terrier Purebred Blonde Yorkie in Cooper City, Florida For Sale

I need to rehome Haku, my 1 year old male yorkie. He's about 6 pounds, looks like a puppy, and he's gorgeous with really blonde hair on his face and chest with light gray on his back. He's super energetic, hyper all the time, playful, loving, obedient, and sweet. When he's not sprinting around the house, he's always on my lap taking a long nap.
He is completely housebroken. He knows how to play fetch, sit, stay, wait, shake, high five, "get on the couch", "get down", and "out" (meaning out of the room). He is neutered, has all his vaccinations up to date, and has taken flea and heartworm preventatives since he was a puppy (he takes Trifexus monthly on the 18th).
I have all the documents from a Banfield Pet Hospital that he's neutered, vaccinated, and healthy.
I am a college student and I recently moved back home to continue my education down here. I had to take up a new job and take more classes. Because of this, my schedule has been so tight, I have no time to give to Haku anymore. We also found out my little brother is allergic to him so we have to keep him separated from most areas of the house so my brother won't have a reaction (which isn't fair). I give him all the technical care in the world (cut his hair, brush his teeth, bathe and brush him), but he deserves more than that. He's a true family pet. He's super high energy and needs to be played with often. He gets super attached to people, and loves everyone, so it's best if he goes to a family or to someone who has time for him.
**Because of his high energy, I would not recommend him for the elderly or for tiny babies. Haku is small, only 6 pounds, but he is a lightning bolt so you've gotta keep up :)
With him will come all his things. Included will be:
-His bag of EVO brand dog food (amazing quality stuff. I recommend continuing feeding him this)
-His food and water bowl
-His toys
-His travel crate
-A ton of treats. I have many, many bags
-Grooming supplies (comb, toothbrush, toothpaste for doggies, shampoos, ear wash, and some puppy perfume)
-His leashes and collar
-A little jacket for the winter
I paid $1,200 for him when I bought him as a puppy at 3 months old. I'm only asking $500 for him to pay for college expenses. If that's too much, of course I can reduce the price for the perfect home. it's not about money. I just need to know whoever takes him can afford him.
